Feb 22, 2012 arrêté du 5 janvier 2012 modifiant le code du sport entrée de la randosub et de l’apnée dans l’arrêté modificatif : ou plus précisément dans les dispositions réglementaires s’appliquant aux établissements qui organisent la pratique de la plongée subaquatique. non pas en termes de prérogatives, d’aptitudes, de niveaux de pratiquants et d’enseignants, ni en termes d’organisation de palanquées d'apnéistes, mais uniquement en termes de sécurisation de la pratique.
en clair, il s’agit de l’obligation réglementaire de présence d’un plan de secours, d’un moyen de communication, du matériel d’oxygénothérapie, d’eau douce, d’une couverture isothermique, et de fiches d’évacuation. toutefois, pour une activité ne dépassant pas 6 mètres de profondeur (comme la majorité des pratiquants en randosub), l’obligation disparait.
en revanche tous les apnéistes sont concernés (y compris ceux ne dépassant pas 6 mètres) par les dispositions d’hygiène (voir paragraphe parlant de la désinfection des tubas et détendeurs).
